Service Area Logistics
Do you charge a travel fee?
For most of our core service areas (Charlottesville City, downtown Crozet, and Reston), there is no travel fee. However, for properties located on the outer edges of Albemarle County or more than 15 miles from our hubs, a small trip charge may apply to cover fuel and time. This will be clearly itemized in your quote.
Do you have specific service days for my neighborhood?
To keep our pricing competitive, we try to group cleanings by neighborhood. For example, we may have teams dedicated to the Crozet area on Tuesdays or Reston on Thursdays. When you book, we will offer you the best available slots that align with our teams in your area.
Do I need to be on site for the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be on site. In fact, most of our clients in Charlottesville and Reston prefer us to clean while they are at work. We can pick up keys, use a lockbox, or a garage code. We simply require a contact number so we can reach you quickly in the event of an access issue.
How do you handle parking in downtown areas?
If you live in an area with restricted parking (like The Corner, Downtown Mall area, or Reston Town Center), please let us know where our team should park. If paid parking is required to access your unit, the cost will be added to the invoice.

What cleaning supplies and equipment do you use?
We provide all necessary high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a professional result. If you have a specific product you would like our team to use, simply leave it out for them.
Do you clean the interior of refrigerators and ovens?
Yes, appliance interior cleaning is an optional add-on service. This is a surcharge service that can be added to any visit.
Pricing & Policies
How is your service priced?
Our services are priced by the man-hour to ensure you only pay for the time you need. We provide time estimates based on your property's square footage. We have a two-man-hour minimum for recurring services and a four-man-hour minimum for one-time or initial deep cleans.
Do you require a contract for recurring service?
We do not require long-term contracts for commercial or residential cleaning. We aim to earn your continued business with the quality and reliability of our work on every single visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If we are unable to access the property upon arrival for a scheduled cleaning, the full cost of the visit will be charged.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we miss anything, please call us immediately and we will return to correct it. Please note that our service is booked by time, so this guarantee applies to the quality of our work within the hours you have scheduled.
Rentals & Turnovers
What type of rental properties do you clean?
We clean single family rentals, multi family rentals, apartment complexes, and student housing.
When should I have my rental property cleaned?
We recommend cleaning to be scheduled after repairs and painting and before carpet cleaning.
How many units can you clean?
Rental property cleanings are available for properties of all sizes from a single family rental to large complexes with several hundred units.
I have a large number of units that need to be cleaned in a short timeframe.
For buildings that have a large number of turns that need to be completed in a short timeframe we request that you contact us several weeks before the turn so that we can staff appropriately.
