What’s included in a commercial daily cleaning?
Our commercial cleaning covers kitchenettes, bathrooms, common areas, floors (vacuum and wet or dry mop), and dusting. We wipe surfaces, clean sinks & fixtures, spot-clean exterior appliances, and empty trash. We can share a detailed checklist and tailor it to your priorities.
What other cleaning services do you offer?
We offer specialized cleaning protocols for four distinct categories:
- Residential Cleaning: Standard maintenance (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly), Deep Cleans: One-Time, and Move-In/Move-Out services.
- Commercial & Office: Weekly office maintenance and VCT floor stripping & waxing.
- Turnover & Rentals: Fast, reliable turns for Property Managers, Student Housing, and Airbnb/Vacation Rental Hosts.
- Construction Cleanup: Post-construction cleanup for construction Sites.

What cleaning supplies and equipment do you use?
We provide all necessary high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a professional result. If you have a specific product you would like our team to use, simply leave it out for them.
Do you supply hand soap, can liners and paper products for commercial spaces?
We will order and stock these supplies in a janitorial closet on your premisis. We will have the supplies shipped directly to your office. We bill cost plus 15% for all supplies we order on your behalf. A credit card is required to be on file. all necessary high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a professional result. If you have a specific product you would like our team to use, simply leave it out for them.
Do you wash dishes?
Yes, we will load the dishwasher or hand wash up to one level sink full of dishes.
Do you clean commercial floors?
Yes, we recommend floor care every 3-6 months depending on traffic. Floor care is a seperate service your service coordinator will schedule for you.
Do you clean the interior of refrigerators and ovens?
Yes, appliance interior cleaning is an optional add on service. Appliance interior cleaning does not add manhours, it is a surcharge.
Do you clean commercial floors?
Yes, we recommend floor care every 3-6 months depending on traffic. Commercial floor care is a separate service your service coordinator will schedule for you.
Pricing & Policies
How is your service priced?
Our services are priced by the man-hour to ensure you only pay for the time you need. We provide time estimates based on your property's square footage. We have a two-man-hour minimum for recurring services and a four-man-hour minimum for one-time or initial deep cleans.
How do I pay for my service?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH for commercial clients. For one-time services, payment is required at the time of booking. For recurring services, we keep a card securely on file and bill it after each visit is completed. For commercial services over $2k a month we require ACH draft to be set up and we will bill you weekly.
Do you require a contract for recurring service?
We do not require long-term contracts for commercial cleaning. We aim to earn your continued business with the quality and reliability of our work on every single visit. If you choose to enter into a contract it will lock in current pricing for the length of the contract.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If we are unable to access the property upon arrival for a scheduled cleaning, the full cost of the visit will be charged.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we miss anything, please call us immediately and we will return to correct it. Please note that our service is booked by time, so this guarantee applies to the quality of our work within the hours you have scheduled.
What is a man hour?
A man hour is one person working for one hour. For example: A two person crew working for one hour is 2 man hours
Logistics & Scheduling
Do I need to be at the office for the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients, both residential and commercial, are not present during the service. Our teams are experienced with lockboxes, key fobs, and coordinating access with property managers, real estate agents, or building supervisors.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
We love pets, but for their safety and the efficiency of our team, we ask that you please secure them in a safe and comfortable area while we are in your home.
What should I do with valuables?
To minimize the risk to your valuable objects we request that small valuable objects are put away and large valuable objects are described so that a note can be added to the work order. By choosing to use our service you accept that there is a cumulative lifetime limit of a $250 credit for any and all items that we break or damage.
