Do I need to be on site for the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be on site, we can pick up keys and return them to the office. We do require a contact number for the property manager and maintenance manager so that we can quickly contact you in the event of a problem.
What type of rental properties do you clean?
We clean single family rentals, multi family rentals, apartment complexes, and student housing.
When should I have my rental property cleaned?
We recommend cleaning to be scheduled after repairs and painting and before carpet cleaning.
How many units can you clean?
Rental property cleanings are available for properties of all sizes from a single family rental to large complexes with several hundred units.
I have a large number of units that need to be cleaned in a short timeframe.
For buildings that have a large number of turns that need to be completed in a short timeframe we request that you contact us several weeks before the turn so that we can staff appropriately.

What’s included in a rental property cleaning?
Rental property cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying. We wipe surfaces, clean sinks & fixtures, spot-clean exterior appliances, and empty trash. We can share a detailed checklist and tailor it to your priorities.
What other cleaning services do you offer?
We offer specialized cleaning protocols for four distinct categories:
- Residential Cleaning: Standard maintenance (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly), Deep Cleans: One-Time, and Move-In/Move-Out services.
- Commercial & Office: Daily janitorial services, weekly office maintenance, and VCT floor stripping & waxing.
- Airbnb & Vacation Rentals: Fast, reliable turns for Airbnb/Vacation Rental Hosts.

What cleaning supplies and equipment do you use?
We provide high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a professional result. If you have a specific product you would like our team to use, simply leave it out for them.
Do you move refrigerators, ovens, washing machines and dryers when you clean?
Yes, If you request, we can move these appliances when we clean. We are not responsible for broken waterlines, disconnected dryer vents or other damage caused by moving the appliances.
Do you remove and clean light fixture covers?
Yes, if you request we can remove and clean light fixture covers. We are not responsible for broken or damaged light fixtures or covers caused by their cleaning, accidents, or the installation or removal.
Do you clean the interior of refrigerators and ovens?
Yes, appliance interior cleaning is an optional add on service. Appliance interior cleaning does not add manhours, it is a surcharge.
Pricing & Policies
How is your service priced?
Services are priced by the man-hour. For rental property cleaning there is a four man-hour minimum. Appliance interior cleaning is additional. It does not add manhours, it is a surcharge.
How do I pay for my service?
You can pay using any major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For rental property cleaning, payment is required at the time of booking. We keep a card securely on file and bill it after each visit is completed. For rental property cleanings over $2k we require payment by ACH draft, you will be billed weekly.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If we are unable to access the property upon arrival for a scheduled cleaning, the full cost of the visit will be charged.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If we miss anything, please call us immediately and we will return to correct it. Please note that our service is booked by time, so this guarantee applies to the quality of our work within the hours you have scheduled.
What is a man hour?
A man hour is one person working for one hour. For example: A two person crew working for one hour is 2 man hours
